1. Is my purchase legal?

Yes. The U.S. Federal Drug Commission allows every US resident to obtain a 90-day supply of prescription medications from another country.

3. How can I be sure I will have my medications when I need them?

We recommend you plan ahead and purchase your full 90-day supply before you run out of your present supply. Your order will be delivered by mail within 21 days of receipt of order.  We'll take it from there.

5. Are there any fees that I don't know about?

No.  All prices quoted on the web site include the physician review fee and the pharmacist dispensing fee.  You pay only the cost of the drugs and a $15 S/H fee per order (not per drug).

6. Must I have a prescription to purchase from AmeriCanadaRx?

Yes.  You will be asked to fax a copy of your valid prescription to a toll-free 800 fax number.  You also will be asked to complete a patient profile which will be absolutely confidential.  On line security is guaranteed when you fill out the customer agreement form for your protection.

7. How safe is my purchase?

Technically you are conducting a business  transaction  with a company in a foreign country and your purchase order will go to our Canadian affiliated pharmacy, as will your payment. However, AmeriCanadaRx will stand behind every transaction.  In addition,  tracking numbers will trace all shipments in the rare event of a U.S. Postal Service or Canada Post delay.  We will be there for you!

8. Can you fill prescriptions from American doctors?

Yes, your prescription will be filled as soon as our Canadian physician has reviewed your “health profile” and approved your prescription under Canadian guidelines.

9. Is there any difference between American and Canadian medications?

There is no difference. Medications purchased by American and Canadian pharmacies are manufactured by the same companies. Although on rare occasions identical drugs may appear physically different, their therapeutic affects are the same.

10. Will you accept my insurance plan?

Most insurance plans are not set up at this time to accept claims from a foreign pharmacy. You will be issued a receipt with your medication that you may submit to your insurance company. However,  there are no guarantees that you will be reimbursed.

11. Can I return any medications to AmeriCanadaRx?

AmeriCanadaRx must abide by the Standards of Practice which state, "The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication." (Alberta College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice)

12. Are all American medications available?

Not all drugs are available for shipping to the United States. We do not dispense narcotics or other drugs of potential abuse. AmeriCanadaRx promotes the sale of maintenance drugs to treat illnesses such as high cholesterol, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, etc.
